dvd player. If I do, will it be possible to play the Blu-ray dvd player on my TV but use the speakers from my Sony home cinema? How?

Cable Doc February 17, 2010 at 4:12 am: you should have an “aux” input on your home cinema. if not, then you won’t be able to hear anything for a different source than your home cinema.
Dave February 17, 2010 at 4:49 am: Yes, definitely. You would definitely enjoy it much more, too You can probably find instructions in the manual to your Home Cinema System on what cord goes where. Generally speaking, put a plug into the “Output” jack of the Blu-ray player, and connect it to the “Input” jack of your Home Cinema System.
You can find really good deals online on Blu-ray players. I recommend you try that, otherwise you’ll end up spending $50-$100 more than you really needed to. I got mine shipped to me for free, priced $60 less than had I gone to the store.
