Your motherboard may not support it either.
I have only one suggestion, put your original CD/DVD drive in the first slot, and put the Blu-Ray drive in the second slot (similar to the Master-Slave hard drive layout of older motherboards).
If that doesn&#039;t work, maybe your not playing it right. Maybe Windows Media Player doesn&#039;t support Blu-Ray, or the resolutions it delivers. Maybe the drive is only compatible with the 64 bit version of XP.
